John H. LeClair is a retired Pawtucket Rhode Island Police Detective. He served as a Crime Scene Investigator, Fraud Investigator, Polygraph Examiner, CVSA Examiner, Sexual Abuse Victim Interviewer and Major Crimes Investigator. While a member of the United States Army he served in Korea as a Military Policeman and worked as an undercover narcotics investigator while in the Criminal Invevestigations Division(CID) in the Panama Canal Zone.

Mr. LeClair received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from Salve Regina University and a Masters Degree in Education from Boston University. He is a graduate of the US Army Criminal Investigators School; The Rhode Island Crime Laboratory's Scientific Criminal Invetigation Course; The National Training Center for Polygraph Sciences; The National Institute for Truth Verifcation and numerous other training academies.

Mr. LeClair is the Past President of The Licensed Private Detectives Association of Rhode Island and the Rhode Island Criminalist Association. A member of the Academy of Certified Polygraphist, the National Polygraph Association; Connecticutt Polygraph Examiners Association; License Private Detectives Association of Massachusetts; The Rhode Island Fraud Investigator's Association; and National Association of Investigative Specialist.

Mr. LeClair is an instuctor in the Professional Investigations Certificate Program at Boston Univeristy's Center for Professional Education and has taught in the Rhode Island Crime Laboratory's Scientific Investigation's Course. He has been certified by the Rhode Island Superior Court as an Expert in fingerprint identification and by the Federal District Court in Panama as an expert in the identification of marihuana.
